The docket number is 4220-CE-190.

Here are the steps:
1) Go to this web site https://apps.psc.wi.gov/ERF/ERF/ERFhome.aspx
2) Fill out the section of the screen that is circled pictured below – be sure to enter YOUR email address
3) Click on ‘Send Code Now ‘
4) Open another browser window to check your email or go to your email app for a one-time response from the PSC site – the email contains the ‘code’

5) Enter the one-time code back on the PSC web site to submit your subscription request
6) You are subscribed !
